IDTE provides the following technology services:

   Design & Experience

   UI/UX design, landing pages, and marketing sites.

4. 02.4

   Infrastructure & Cloud

   Cloud infrastructure, security auditing, and system hardening.

5. 02.5

   Automation & Integration

   Process automation, system integrations, AI solutions, and custom automation.

   Discovery

   Free consultation to understand your needs, goals, and project scope.

2. 02

   Proposal

   Detailed proposal with scope, timeline, milestones, and pricing.

3. 03

   Agreement

   Written service agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

4. 04

   Development

   Iterative development with regular updates and feedback cycles.

5. 05

   Delivery

   Final delivery, testing, deployment, and handover of all project assets.

  Payment terms and schedules are defined in the service agreement for each project.

• 04.2

  Invoices are issued upon reaching the milestones agreed in that agreement.

• 04.3

  Late payments may result in project work being paused until the balance is settled.

• 04.4

  All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to 15% VAT where applicable.

1. 05.1

   Client Work

   Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project, including designs, code, and content.

2. 05.2

   Pre-existing IP

   We retain ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used across projects.

3. 05.3

   Website Content

   All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, code) is IDTE property protected by intellectual property laws.

4. 05.4

   Portfolio Rights

   We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:

  Provide necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner.

• 06.2

  Respond to communications and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes.

• 06.3

  Designate a single point of contact for project decisions and approvals.

• 06.4

  Review deliverables at each milestone and provide clear, actionable feedback.

• 06.5

  Ensure timely payment according to the agreed schedule.

1. 07.1

   No Indirect Damages

   IDTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

2. 07.2

   Maximum Liability

   Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

3. 07.3

   Third-Party Services

   We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services integrated into your project.

4. 07.4

   Force Majeure

   Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

• 08.1

  Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as defined in the agreement.

• 08.2

  Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

• 08.3

  Completed deliverables will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding invoices.

• 08.4

  We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of material breach of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
