You do. Once the project balance is settled, full ownership of the code, designs, and deliverables transfers to you — with no annual licensing fees. We only retain ownership of our reusable tools and frameworks, and you get a full license to use them within your system.

How are payments structured?

In milestones tied to tangible deliverables — never one blind payment. The milestones and their splits are defined in the service agreement before we start, and every stage ends with something you can see working. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and subject to VAT where applicable.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Every service includes a defined post-launch support window — up to 90 days depending on the service — during which we fix any defect in what we delivered at no extra cost. After it ends, comprehensive documentation lets your team run the system independently, or we agree on an ongoing support arrangement.

You see tangible progress at every stage — there is no surprise at the end. Each reviewable phase includes two consolidated review rounds where your feedback goes straight into the build. And if we're not the right fit, we say so plainly before you spend more.
