  1. What you send us directly

Your name, contact details, and anything you share with us over email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  2. Booking data

When you book a consultation through the embedded Cal.com calendar: your name, email, chosen time, and any notes you add.

  3. Project details

Information about your project requirements, budget, and timeline shared during consultations.

  4. Communication records

Correspondence and notes from our work together, kept for continuity and accuracy of service.

How we use your data

  • Responding to your inquiries and consultation requests

  • Providing and delivering the services we agree on

  • Sending project updates and related correspondence

  • Issuing invoices and documenting agreements

  • Improving our site and services based on your direct feedback — we use no tracking tools

  • Complying with legal obligations

Data Protection

  1. Encryption

All data transmitted through this site is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.

  2. Access control

Your data is accessible to IDTE only — we grant no external party access to it.

  3. Secure storage

Correspondence and project data live in trusted systems that receive regular security updates.

  4. Minimal collection

We collect only what we need to deliver the service — and this site contains no analytics or tracking tools at all.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with any marketing party. The only services your data may pass through:

  1. Cal.com — consultation scheduling

When you book a consultation, Cal.com processes the booking data (name, email, time) under its own privacy policy.

  2. Google Meet — meetings

Consultation sessions are held over Google Meet; the meeting itself is governed by Google's policies.

  3. WhatsApp — messaging

If you choose to reach us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's policy applies to that conversation.

  4. Legal requirements

When required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent for data processing

  • Request data portability

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. It may store your language preference in a single functional cookie, and the embedded Cal.com service on the booking page may set its own functional cookies to run the calendar.

Data Retention

We keep your correspondence and project data for the duration of our engagement, and a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes, then dispose of it. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
